Most of the concerns you listed are being dealt with.
The long range Tesla has a longer range than the average combustion vehicle in real, not predicted terms. Your post also misunderstands what affects range which is very different for an EV. EVs love being stuck in traffic because they don’t lose efficiency moving slowly like a gas car does. EVs only lose efficiency with extreme temperatures and wind resistance eg lengthy highway travel.
Grids and power will be fine, they are mostly capitalist and free market and will adapt quickly. As demand for electricity increases more power supply will be built. The same technology driving EV adoption will also help grids as battery electricity storage depots are built to smooth over spikes in demand.
Mass produced combustion cars and mini vans will be obsolete by the end of 2025.
