The most sensible thing is to avoid artificial restrictions. Every single person who meets the criteria for an Ivy League university should be admitted. All of them.

They have billions, they can expand if necessary and start with WFH if needed. Or they can take over other universities which fail because their students have gone elsewhere and turn them into campus extensions.
