Socialism doesn’t work and those who seek it are leeches. No offence.

Wisely regulated capitalism with a significant element of public housing such as in western and Northern Europe does work.

The issue in the lady’s example are greedy tenants, not her.

Everyone is different. Some landlords are terrible, some tenants are terrible. It’s because they are all human.

Dehumanising someone because of their job (landlord) is a bigger problem.
