Minneapolis is pretty spread out and it’s much more of a place where car usage is necessary. This initiative didn’t stop driving, traffic isn’t that bad, it essentially made it for the rich and there’s plenty of rich people in Minneapolis, mostly living on the lake.

I would add by the way that I am usually nominally in favour of this sort of thing.
