Countries like Norway prove it can be done. Countries like Germany simply show counties that have not yet understood everything that needs to be done or are in transition phases.

Ultimately this sort of article is defeatist. More fossil fuels or less demand isn’t happening. Environmental pragmatists should instead embrace the conclusions of the reports from these agencies
